Tax Resolution

Twenty-five years against the IRS. Ninety-nine percent prevailed.

When the IRS or state sends a notice, you have rights — and you have options. As an Enrolled Agent, Ilir Nina has unlimited authority to represent you in any tax matter, in any state.

01How Resolution Begins

Most cases follow the same shape. We've walked it hundreds of times.

  1. Step 01

    Notice arrives

An IRS or state notice — collection letter, levy, audit. Many clients open the letter and freeze. We don't.

  2. Step 02

    Compliance

Before resolution can begin, all back returns must be filed and current estimated payments must be in place. We get you compliant.

  3. Step 03

    Analysis

We pull your IRS account transcripts and identify every option you qualify for — OIC, installment, hardship status, statute expiration.

  4. Step 04

    Resolution

We negotiate directly with the IRS as your authorized representative. Most clients never speak to the agency.

Many companies will try to charge fees without telling you what is required to actually start the resolution process. We won't. Compliance comes first — back returns filed, current payments in place — and only then does resolution become possible. If you've been told otherwise, you've been deceived.

02What We Resolve

Six paths through the same IRS.

Offer in Compromise

Settle a tax debt for less than what is owed. We evaluate eligibility, prepare the offer, and represent you through acceptance.

Installment Agreements

Spread balances over time with terms you can live with. Streamlined, partial-pay, and non-streamlined arrangements.

Audit Representation

Office audits, field audits, and correspondence audits — we appear in your place and manage the process end to end.

Liens & Levies Removed

Wage garnishments released, bank levies stopped, federal tax liens withdrawn or released through the right channel.

IRS Appeals

Appeals of audit determinations, collection actions, and rejected offers — heard by the IRS Office of Appeals.

Penalty Forgiveness

First Time Penalty Abatement and Reasonable Cause relief from failure-to-file, failure-to-pay, and failure-to-deposit penalties.

Excellent knowledge of existing tax laws, wonderful service and very professional. Ilir Nina at ITBS saved me a lot of money, time and headaches dealing with Idaho, California, and the IRS. I am extremely happy with the results. Highly recommended.
